// My mean green fighting machine smoothie!//

I like to make this smoothie several times a week and it helps me get some extra nutrition in during a busy day, or at night when I realise I haven’t had enough calcium, fruit, etc. It really lifts my mood and gives me some much needed energy. My smoothie includes all the things I try to include in my daily diet (except tea!) and is an easy and yummy solution.

Whats in it:

1 banana

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 heaped teaspoon of super greens powder (spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, barley grass)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon honey

3/4 cup spinach

Rice Milk (I usually put all of the ingredients in the blender and then pour rice milk until it covers them)

Blend and enjoy!
